Counsellors are bound by Vitality Counselling and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Codes of Ethics and Practice and subject to its Complaints Procedure. Each counsellor is in ongoing professional supervision in accordance with Vitality and the BACP codes of Ethics and Practice.
